they don’t tell you but its pretty simple to disable it look under drivers side dash you’re see it follow the wires coming out of box and remove them

why don’t you ask passtime they can tell you just tell them you need to by-pass the alarm until you can have it checked

Its pretty simple.take ur steering colume off..if theres a top and bottom one..take bottom one off..you will see the device,four wires coming from it going to four wires to ur steering colume…if you dont want to remove it and just bypass it…ur steering colume has 1 wire that was cut and attatched to 2 wires from the system.take a speaker wire and attach that 1 wire back.and unplug the wires that go into the system.all they did was take the ignition wire and cut it in 2 and hooked it up to the system.all you have to do is put it back together.pretty simple really..thats the regular passtime..the newer versions dont know.now i didnt mess anything up just shaved the wires to xpose it and connected spearker wire to them and unplugged system.when i take it back to carlot to uninstall it will put it all back the way it was…no help to anyone on here had to figure it out myself..and take a chance of it shutting down..what a dumb little device.and mine they electrical tapped the crap out it..like thats ganna keep me from getting to it?well back to rewireing my other car..what a pain!
