If you cannot connect to the internet to download the programs needed to clean your computer. Download them using another computer and then transfer them to te infected computer using a USB stick or CD/DVD

Use either or both of the two free programs that have had success in
removing the malware you have–Personal Antivirus.
Be aware that the malware is constantly changing to hide from them so
    UPDATE the programs before scanning.

In a lot cases the malware has blocked downloading, installing and scanning with the programs. In that case you will need to use another
computer to download to a flash drive, CD, etc. and use that to put the programs onto the infected computer. Once on the infected
computer, locate the .exe of each program and rename them by right
clicking and choosing rename. Change the .exe to .com. Then
double click on the files to run to install.

EDIT: Both programs update daily and more often. It may take a couple of updates for the programs to find and remove
    all malware.

System Security is a rogue-antispyware program that tries to trick users into buying full version of this malware. Once inside your system, System Security will show fake security messages that your computer is in danger and will ask you to download and pay for the full System Security version in order to eliminate the threat. System Security can slow your computer perfomance, change browser settings, change wallpaper e.t.c. System Security is often downloaded and installed by a trojan horse or through browser security holes.
