    Since the camera is on a private IP behind a NAT router you need to talk to whoever handles networking at the office, and they would need to port forward port 80 from the office public IP to LAN IP 192.168.1.119 on the office internet router. Otherwise the router does not know what to do with incoming port 80 (the default port for http).

    Then you also have to hope that the office ISP does not block incoming port 80 (which hopefully they do not do for a business account).
