My guess is that when you were taking off the dash panel, you damaged or displaced the Passkey receiver ring that’s mounted around the key switch. This is what gets the signal from the transponder chip in your key, allowing the vehicle to start. There’s no way to bypass this anti-theft system. You’ll probably need to have the ignition switch assembly repaired.
